Yogurt Amber

There have been reports of sightings of a large rabbit named Amber roaming the sidewalks of Ottawa late at night with a wagon of Astro Yogurt. Is she confused about the times and traditions of Easter? Or is she the mascot of some nascent holiday that has yet to be publicized?
